This judicial portal will contain all information relevant to the media and thegeneral public. The case status, judgments/judicial decisions, statistical reports, chairman’s disciplinary procedure decisions, work plan; individual case follow-up mechanism; survey for evaluation of courtservices; the court sessions schedule and all other information related to judicial services provided by our court, online requests for business certificates/other organizations, will all be part of this web portal’scontent in order to facilitate access to citizens to justice and court services

The Commercial Court was established in August 2022 to foster a favourable investment climate and instil confidence inbusiness community. The Commercial Court was established and operationalized with the primary goal of improving the efficiency of case resolution and shortening duration of judicial processes that fall under the jurisdiction of this court, as well as the profiling of judges and the continuous increase of expertise in this field.

The Commercial Court will also fulfil requirements set by international standards for the handling of court cases, as well asall requirements of businesses, so that they can operate at their own pace, without judicial procedures becoming an impediment to their operations, with the sole goal for the Court to serve as an example in the country and region, which we expect will guarantee legal security for foreign investors, because with the increase in efficiency and qualitative rulings, potential investors will not hesitate to invest in Kosovo.

In addition to increasing the speed of conducting a case, this court will eliminate duplication of procedures, as the Commercial Court is structured in such way so that all cases are addressed and handled in the same court, including enforcement procedure, through the First Instance Chamber and Second Instance Chambers, which allows for prompter procedures and to eliminate unnecessary delays
