Prishtina – 3 October 2024 – Today, President of Commercial Court of Kosovo, Mr. Mahir Tutuli in a briefing meeting has hosted Mr. Jonathan Hargreaves, Ambassador of the Great Britain in Kosovo
Topic of the meeting was establishment of the Commercial Court, its functioning and challenges that the present Court has encountered during these two (2) years of operation.
On this occasion, President of the Commercial Court, Mr. Tutuli presented to the Ambassador Hargreaves work of the Court up to date, challenges and achievements of the Court, by adding that in these two years the Court has achieved extraordinary performance in resolving Court disputes, despite the large number of the cases inherited from the Courts of Kosovo and despite the large number of the new received cases.
On the other hand, Ambassador Hargreaves thanked the President for this briefing meeting related to the work progress of the Commercial Court.
The meeting has been concluded with a constructive discussion about the next steps on the improvement of services provided by Commercial Court.
