Commercial Court, participant in the Regional Workshop on the Enhancement of Judicial Capacities of the Western Balkans

Tivat – 19 September 2024 – President of the Commercial Court, Mahir Tutuli, Judges of the Second Instance Chamber and First Instance Chamber of the present Court are participating in the two-day Regional Workshop on the Enhancement of Judicial Capacities of the Western Balkans which is being held in Tivat – Montenegro.

Participation in this Workshop is facilitated by the Academy of Justice, with an organization of the Commerce Law Development Programme (CLDP).

This Programme aims to improve resolving practices of commercial disputes and will give an opportunity to approximately 45 Judges from entire Western Balkans area to exchange their experience and knowledge.

During the Workshop, President Tutuli has presented to the participants the successes, challenges and initiatives undertaken by the Commercial Court in relation to the resolvement of commercial disputes.

Participants during these two days Workshop will also have an opportunity to discuss current challenges that they encounter in resolving these disputes, and to present their successful initiatives.
