Representatives of Kosovo Judicial Council, Judges of the Supreme Court, Judges of the Court of Appeals, as well President and Judges of the Commercial Court have participated in the mentioned Workshop.

At the meeting, discussion has been focused on the unification of judicial practice of the commercial cases, and exchange of experiences from the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals, where Judges have provided their point of views on approaches that would help in the unification.

Further, during the meeting was presented Draft – Gudiance of Judicial  Practice of Commercial Court and the preparation process, as well the content of the first Bulletin of Commercial Court, which is in the process of completion.  This collaborative effort is an important step towards a more successful and effective commercial legal system in Kosovo.
