Arnis Dumani is a judge in the First Instance Chambers - Department for Administrative Affairs of the Commercial Court. In 2014, Judge Dumani graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Prishtina. He finished his professional practice with the Kosovo Bar Association and worked as a legal researcher for the NGO Association of Lawyers Norma. He passed the bar exam in 2016, and he practiced law from 10.06.2016 until his appointment as a judge. On 18.01.2021, he was appointed to the Basic Court in Mitrovica - Skenderaj Branch, and on 23.06.2022, he was appointed to the First Instance Chambers of the Commercial Court.
