Ramush Bardiqi

Ramush Bradiqi is a judge in the Second Instance Chamber of the Commercial Court. Judge Bardiqi graduated from the Faculty of Law - University of Prishtina in 2002. He passed the bar exam in 2010, as well as completed his Master\'s degree in International Management (MA) at the Faculty of Law, University of Prishtina in 2013. In 2018, he earned his Master\'s degree from Wake Forest University in North Carolina, USA. In 2002-2003, he worked as a professional in a lawyer\'s office for a year. From 2003 to 2009, he worked as a customs officer in the Kosovo Customs Service, and from 2009 to 2013, he worked as a legal officer in the Privatization Agency of Kosovo - PAK, as well as a regular member of the PAK\'s commission for the resolution of civil servants\' disputes and complaints. In addition, from 2013 to 2015, he worked as a senior legal officer in the PAK. Ramush Bardiqi was appointed as a judge in the Department for Administrative Affairs of the Basic Court in Pristina on May 19, 2015, and as a judge in the Second Instance Chamber of the Commercial Court of Kosovo on January 1, 2023.
