Faton Bajrami

Faton Bajrami is a judge in the Second Instance Chambers of the Commercial Court. Judge Bajrami graduated from the University of Prishtina - Faculty of Law in 2003. He passed the bar exam in 2005, while he held his professional practice at the Kosovo Bar Association in 2003 - 2004. From 2005 to 2010, Bajrami also worked as an Inspector at the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo. In 2010, he was appointed to the Municipal Court in Prishtina, where he served until December 31, 2012. Faton Bajrami was appointed to the General Department of the Basic Court in Prishtina on January 1, 2013. On March 1, 2022, he was appointed to the Kosovo Court of Appeal, and on June 1, 2022, he was appointed as a judge to the Second Instance Chambers of the Commercial Court of Kosovo.
