Arben Toska

Arben Toska is Judge in the First Instance Chamber, Department for Commercial Matters of the Commercial Court. Toska has graduated in the Faculty of Law branch in Gjilan within the University of Prishtina Hasan Prishtina in 2014.  In June 2016 he has obtained the title of LLM (Master) in Civil and Property Law, in the civil programme of the Faculty of Law of the University of Prishtina, whereas in 2016 has passed the bar exam. He is currently PHD student in the civil studies. Judge Toska in November 2015 has completed his professional practice at the Basic Court in Gjilan, whilst from November 2016 to June 2022 he was a lawyer in Gjilan. On 08.07.2022, Arben Toska was appointed Judge in the Basic Court in Ferizaj Branch in Kaçanik, while on 1 of June 2023 has been appointed as Judge in the First Instance Chamber of the Commercial Court. From 1^st of January 2024 until 15^th of September was Judge in the Department for Administrative Matters. Actually he is Judge in the Department for Commercial Matters.
