Arbër Rexha

Arbër Rexha is a judge in the First Instance Chamber of the Commercial Court. Rexha graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Pristina in 2015, and completed his master\'s studies in August 2020 at Maastricht University in Netherlands and holds the title of LL.M. in European Law, specializing on \"European Law and Market Integration\". He passed the bar exam in 2017. He completed his one-year professional practice at the Department for Economic Affairs of the Court of Appeal. During his law studies, he was engaged as a paralegal in a law firm. In 2017, Rexha was licensed as a lawyer by the Bar Association of Kosovo, and practiced as a lawyer until 2022. Arbër Rexha was appointed Judge in the Republic of Kosovo on 08.07.2022, whereas on 20.10.2022 was appointed as judge in the First Instance Chamber of the Commercial Court.
