Vlora Pacolli Rexhepi

Vlora Pacolli-Rexhepi is a judge in the First Instance Chambers of the Commercial Court. Judge Pacolli-Rexhepi earned her law degree from the Faculty of Law within the University of Prishtina in 2002 and passed the bar exam in 2013. Pacolli-Rexhepi worked as a Marketing Specialist in an insurance company from 2003 to 2004, as a Legal Assistant in the Directorate for Housing Property Affairs from 2005 to 2006, in various official functions in the Kosovo Property Agency from 2006 to 2009, and as a Professional Evaluation Officer in the UNOPS project, in the Independent Judicial and Prosecutorial Commission for the appointment and re-appointment of judges from 2009 to 2010. She also worked as a Program Officer in the Office for Planning and Coordination and as a Legal Advisor in the EULEX Mission from 2010 to 2016. Following that, she worked as a Legal Advisor in the Special Chamber of the Supreme Court. She worked as an Expert for Drafting Legislation at USAID\'s Property Rights Program from 2016 to 2019. Judge Pacolli - Rexhepi has completed a number of professional trainings. She was appointed a judge in the Basic Court in Pristina - General Department-Division for Criminal Cases on 21.01.2019, and she was appointed a judge in the Commercial Court on 23.06.2022.
