WHAT DOCUMENTS SHOULD I SUBMIT TO THE COURT TO APPLY FOR THE CERTIFICATE CONFIRMING THAT THE BUSINESS IS NOT IN BANKRUPTCY PROCEEDINGS?
When you appear in court, you must bring one of these three valid documents:
Identity card and a copy thereof;
Driving license and a copy thereof;
Passport and a copy thereof;
Business certificate (copy) with information regarding the business
Written request stamped with the stamp of the enterprise, organization and signed by the responsible person

HOW TO APPLY FOR A SOLVENCY CERTIFICATE? IS THERE A SPECIAL FORM?
The application is made by filling in the form on the website or by filling in the form found in the court which you obtain from the admission clerk in the Palace of Justice, at the entrance of building A.
If you submit the request through the court’s website by filling in the form and sending the request through the website, do not forget:
to also upload a copy of your identity card, driving license or passport
to upload a copy of the notarized authorization, if another person applies on your behalf
to upload the business certificate
WHAT INFORMATION IS REQUIRED IN THE FORM?
The information required in the form is:
your first name, your father’s name and last name
business, enterprise, organization;
municipality
personal ID number and who issued the document
the reason for applying for the certificate
IN WHICH LANGUAGE CAN I APPLY FOR THE CERTIFICATE?
The form is in Albanian and Serbian.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO APPLY FOR A CERTIFICATE? ?
The court fee per certificate is five (5) euros.
The payment is made at the payment desk in the court.
WHEN CAN I SUBMIT THE CERTIFICATE APPLICATION FORM?
The request can be made every working day from 8:30 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 15:30.
CAN ANOTHER PERSON APPLY ON MY BEHALF?
Another person can apply on your behalf if you have authorized that person through a notarized authorization.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT TO BE PROVIDED WITH A CERTIFICATE?
If you are not under bankruptcy proceedings, you will be provided with a certificate one (1) day after the application.
If you have bankruptcy proceedings underway against you, the proceedings may take up to five (5) days.
WHEN CAN I TAKE THE CERTIFICATE?
You can take the certificate every working day from 13:00.
