Prishtina – 16 September 2024 – USAID Programme – Commercial Justice supports the Commercial Court to compile an Annual Bulletin on increasing transparency, summarizing decisions of several commercial cases and their case law in order to have easier public access.
The Bulletin shall help to promote judicial unification of Rulings of the Commercial Court. The Bulletin shall also contribute towards higher predictability of the commercial legal system and shall support transparency goals and informed decision-making.
