Prishtina, 29 August 2024 – Upon the proposal of President of the Commercial Court of Kosovo – Mahir Tutuli, Kosovo Judicial Council, at its 331st meeting has appointed Judge Hasan Kryeziu as Vice-President of the Commercial Court.
Judge Hasan Kryeziu has been appointed Vice-President of the Commercial Court with the same duration of mandate as President of the Commercial Court. In the role of Vice-President, Mr. Kryeziu will support the President of the Court in meeting institutional accountabilities, by promoting the highest standards of professionalism and judicial ethics.

Hasan Kryeziu is Judge in the First Instance Chamber-Department for Commercial Matters in the Commercial Court. In 2014, Judge Kryeziu has graduated in the Faculty of Law at the University of Prishtina. Has finished professional practice at the Basic Court in Prishtina in 2015, and has passed the bar exam in 2016. From 2016 to 2018 has worked as Legal Officer at the Basic Court of Prishtina as part of the USAID programme – Checchi Consulting and Co. Has worked as professional associate in a law firm in Prishtina beginning in August 2018, then as a representation lawyer for KEDS j.s.c.
Hasan Kryeziu was appointed Judge at the Basic Court in Gjakova-Branch in Malisheva on 18.01.2021 and on 23.06.2022 has been appointed Judge at the Commercial Court of Kosovo.
